The Cirques of Vette
Geological Itinerary across Buse delle Vette
Location: the trail leaves from the Mountain Hut Dal Piaz and touches the main "Buse" (a local name for glacial cirques) situated in the surroundings.
Access: you can get to the Mountain Hut Dal Piaz on foot in 2 h 30' from P.sso Croce d'Aune, along the trail CAI 801. You can get to the Pass taking the road leading from Feltre to Pedavena, and then going ahead to Croce d'Aune.
Altitude: min. 1,902 m, max 2,212 m.
Length of the route: about 7 kilometers.
Walking time: 5-6 hours (leaving from Rif. Dal Piaz).
Difficulty: intermediate.
Period: from May to September.
