A splendid climb along a military road that offers panoramic views of the entire Valbelluna.
From the Passo Croce d’Aune, take the road that leads to the Dal Piaz refuge. After the first part in the woods, the road climbs, with a constant slope and with a series of wide hairpin bends, along the steep southern slopes of the Vette Feltrine, to end at the Dal Piaz refuge.
Once you reach the refuge it is advisable to climb, in a few minutes, to the nearby Vette Grandi pass, from which you can enjoy a spectacular panorama of the Busa delle Vette: a large glacial circus surrounded by debris flows, which houses some of the Park’s botanical rarities such as the Alisso dell’Obir and the Alpine Speronella.
The descent takes place along the same route.
