Traditional Agri-Foodstuffs

Butter made with milk from the malga has a characteristic straw-yellow color, more slightly yellow in June, influenced by the flowers blooming in the summer pasture, and in September, month in which the cows produce less and the milk is more concentrated. Moreover, the particular essences of the mountain pasture influence its perfume and taste.
Using parallelepiped-shaped wooden molds, pats weighing one kilo are prepared. They are subsequently cut into smaller pats and packaged. Moreover, pats can be variously decorated using different tools.
