The production of organic honey mainly consists of techniques including the research of uncontaminated areas and the nonstop improvement of bee farming, honey extraction, and packaging techniques. The use of antibiotics, chemical substances, and sugar is not allowed.
Therefore, organic honey must not undergo any treatment that may alterate its natural and nutritional features.
